Carers Australia has been asked by the Department of Social Services to survey unpaid carers of people with disability regarding the implementation of the
National Disability Strategy (2010-2020).

The questionnaire is completely anonymous and no personal details will be collected. It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and is
